Location: Las Hadas
Category: Precision Masonry & Structural Restoration
OMNIServiceUSA was contracted to perform specialized masonry and envelope repairs for the Las Hadas residential complex.
This project focused on restoring the structural and aesthetic integrity of the building’s exterior finishing, addressing localized failures in the EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) and chimney masonry.
The property exhibited significant substrate detachment and surface cracking across multiple units. At Unit 1008, a 15-foot section of foam insulation board had become delaminated from the structure, compromising the building’s thermal envelope and leaving the substrate vulnerable to water intrusion. Additionally, Unit 1010 required technical masonry repair around the chimney cap, where weather exposure had deteriorated the stucco finish.
Our masonry team initiated the restoration by securely reattaching the displaced foam insulation boards to the structural substrate using high-strength mechanical fasteners and adhesive. We then applied a multi-layered stucco repair over a 15-foot span, ensuring a seamless texture match with the existing façade. For the chimney at Unit 1010, we performed a precision resurfacing, applying weather-resistant stucco to seal the chimney top against moisture and prevent future spalling.
