Fairless Hills HVAC Vandalism & Security Assessment

Location: 9612 – Fairless Hills (D’Angelo’s)
Category: HVAC / Asset Loss Assessment

Project Overview

OMNIServiceUSA conducted a comprehensive forensic assessment of the rooftop HVAC infrastructure at the D’Angelo’s Pizza location following a total loss of climate control.

The Challenge

The facility’s rooftop unit (RTU) was found to be completely non-functional. Preliminary inspection revealed that the unit had been targeted by vandals, who had stripped the machine of critical high-value components, including wiring, capacitors, and control board modules. The unit was left in a "stripped" state, rendering it a total loss.

Our Approach

Our HVAC technicians performed a component-by-component audit to document the extent of the theft and vandalism. We provided a formal professional assessment, detailing the missing circuitry and structural damage. Given the age of the unit and the cost of replacing specialized internal components, OMNIServiceUSA provided a formal recommendation for a full system replacement to restore service.
