OMNIServiceUSA executed a precision asphalt restoration at the Fairless Hills retail complex, specifically targeting a high-traffic service corridor.
This project was initiated to repair structural pavement failures that compromised the facility’s loading and delivery logistics.
A site inspection revealed a series of severe potholes and a significant 30-foot-long failure in the asphalt behind the grocery outlet. The existing surface had deteriorated down to the dirt sub-base, creating hazardous conditions for delivery vehicles and allowing water to undermine the surrounding pavement. A simple surface patch was insufficient; the area required a full-depth structural rebuild to handle the weight of commercial logistics traffic.
Our paving team began by excavating the failed 30' x 3' section to a depth of 5 inches, ensuring all unstable organic material and debris were removed off-site. We engineered a new foundation by installing 3 inches of 2A modified stone, which was mechanically tamped to create a high-density, compacted base. We then applied 2.5 inches of premium 9.5mm top-grade asphalt, tamping for maximum compaction and a flush finish. The project concluded with a hot-tar application to the seams, creating a watertight bond between the new patch and the existing pavement.

Measurable results that speak for themselves
Restored a smooth, high-capacity transit surface for heavy delivery vehicles.
Rebuilt the pavement from the sub-base up to prevent future sinkholes or edge cracking.
Utilized hot-tar seam technology to prevent moisture from penetrating the base layer.
