OMNIServiceUSA was mobilized to the Warminster facility to resolve a recurring moisture intrusion issue in the “Beverage Valley” retail section.
Following a heavy snow event, our roofing specialists were tasked with performing a forensic inspection and high-performance repair of the building’s RTU (Rooftop Unit) flashing and perimeter edge metal.
The facility experienced active leaks centered around the RTU 5 HVAC unit following significant snow accumulation. Previous attempts to patch the area had failed to create a permanent seal. Upon inspection, it was discovered that debris trapped beneath the edge metal and compromised TPO seams were allowing water to bypass the building's primary membrane during freeze-thaw cycles.
Our team initiated a deep-cleansing phase, removing all industrial debris and biological matter from beneath the edge metal to ensure a clean substrate. We properly prepared and primed the affected TPO membrane sections to achieve maximum chemical adhesion. To provide a high-durability barrier, we applied a new, continuous TPO lap seal along the entire edge perimeter and around the base of the RTU, ensuring a seamless transition that can withstand heavy snow loads and standing water.

Measurable results that speak for themselves
Successfully eliminated the moisture intrusion in the high-traffic "Beverage Valley" zone.
Installed a continuous lap seal to fortify the most vulnerable points of the roof perimeter.
Upgraded the flashing and seals to prevent future water bypass during extreme winter weather events.
