Location: Willingboro Town Center II
Category: Industrial Snow Removal & Ice Management
OMNIServiceUSA provided comprehensive winter storm management for the Willingboro Town Center II, a high-traffic commercial hub.
Our operations focused on maintaining uninterrupted business continuity and safe public access during significant accumulation events requiring multiple site visits and precision de-icing.
Managing a large-scale town center requires a rapid response to prevent snow compaction and hazardous ice bonding across expansive parking lots and pedestrian walkways. With accumulation reaching over 10 inches, the project demanded a heavy equipment presence paired with high-frequency manual clearing to ensure every storefront remained accessible to the public.
Our winter response team deployed 4x4 heavy-duty plow trucks equipped with industrial spreaders to manage the primary asphalt transit lanes. For every site visit, we utilized a half-ton of industrial rock salt for the main lots, supplemented by a dedicated hand-labor crew. To protect the more sensitive concrete walkways and entry points, our team manually applied six bags of premium calcium chloride per visit, ensuring a slip-free surface that remains effective even as temperatures drop.
